Every year, I send out holiday cards to anyone and everyone that wants one. And I'll send any holiday greeting: Christmas, Hanukkah, Kwanza, Winter Solstice, etc. Cause there are many holidays in the winter.

Long time no see, sewing projects

Well, it's been quite a while since I've posted *anything* on here. I've been lurking, but other than that inactive.
Since my last update on anything, I've been pretty busy. Went to OryCon 33 in Portland, OR where I delivered my first commission ever: a TARDIS dress similar to the one I made for myself for KumoriCon last year. The lady who commissioned it LOVED it, and even told anyone and everyone who commented on it that I was the one who made it for her. Yeay for word-of-mouth!
Haven't had any commissions since then. Of course, I haven't really been actively announcing them since I've been so busy with work, more costumes and a (not so) small clothing project I decided to take on.
I'm in the process of making Talia al'Ghul's Arkham City outfit for ECCC next month (Still so much to do!!!!!!), and after that need to get started on all the costumes I'm doing for KumoriCon in September, along with my side project.
The side project was inspired by a pair of floral pumps I found at Goodwill. I saw them and instantly wanted to make an outfit to go with them. The only problem? They're a size 9. I wear 7.5-8. X.x So I had to find a model to make said outfit for. Well.....I have four girls who are going to be my models. Which means four outfits instead of just the one. Which is freaking awesome because it'll give me more experience in working with other body sizes/shapes than my own. And once I have all those made,
(who is one of my models) is going to try to get us time at the modeling studio she shoots at from time to time. Which I can't wait to do!!
Still not in school; since I haven't had the money (or the access to my adviser, which is another story), so I haven't been able to start. And work is blah. I'm on-call, which hasn't been to bad until now. I was working at least 20 hrs a week until this week. Been looking for a new job the last month or so. There are a couple places close to my house that I'm thinking of asking if they're hiring. Hopefully that goes well!

And this is what I give you all: a meme. lol. I know these are always interesting/funny to do at times, so I figured I'd give this one a try.

Allanon and Ariel? O.o Now that's just awkward. I would wonder what the hell happened to Allanon that made him be interested in anything other than the Druid Arts.
4. If you could marry either 7 or 14, who would it be?
Kimber, definitely. Alice is a tad too young, if you go by the original stories/Disney movie, and Kimber is much more adventurous in the sense that she'll go out into the wilderness and have fun.
5. Did you ever like 9?
Hell yeah! Tonks is effing amazing!
6. Have you ever seen 4 cry in any episode/chapter?
Hiei? Cry? I don't think so.
7. Would 4 and 12 make a good couple?
Daniel and Hiei? Lawlz no! Hiei hates anyone that isn't Kurama or Yukina. And I think Hiei would be a little too....intense....for Daniel.
8. Would 1 and 2 make a good couple?
Abby and Menion? Possibly. Abby would be able to keep Menion straight, and I'm sure he'd like her quirkiness.

Rei is weird. And a clone. A loner. But still awesome.

Last time I read "Realm" was Fall term, I believe? So it's been a while.

Allanon is very broody and demanding. Of course, most of the Druids were/are.....

I'm going to guess some earth tone.

I would be very amused and probably giggle for a while. And be all "Well you're freaking awesome! I love joo!"

I got pissed when Tally got caught and turned into a Special, but that wasn't completely her fault....

I think Luna and I would get along quite well.

Kimber has her moments, but she's more light-hearted than anything, which can be funny in a pick-me-up sort of way.

Very much so. He made his mistakes, but they only really affected himself.

Just like last year, I'm going to send out cards to anyone and everyone that would like to receive one. If you don't mind posting your contact info for the world to see, then leave a comment, otherwise message me your name and address and what holiday you celebrate if it is something other than Christmas, and I can give you mine back in return, if you would like. You don't have to send me a card.
And if you're sending out cards to family members or friends or even strangers, you should send at least 1 card to here:

1. Make a post -- public, flocked, filtered, whatever you're comfortable with -- to your dA. The post should contain a list of ten holiday wishes. The wishes can be anything at all [examples as follows]:
SMALL: "I'd love a ____ icon that's just for me."
MEDIUM: "I wish for _____ on DVD."
LARGE: "I wish for a nice, long [insert pairing here] fic."
HUGE: "All I want for Christmas is a new car/computer/house/TV."
The important thing is to make sure these wishes are things you really, truly want.
2. If you wish for tangible, real-life things -- not fics or icons -- make sure you include some sort of contact info in your post, whether it's your address or just your email address where Santa [or one of his elves] can get in touch with you.
3. Also, make sure you post some version of these guidelines in your dA, so the holiday joy will spread.
4. Go look at your friends' lists and see if you can fulfill any of them.

2 - Fanart from any of my fandoms
3 - RENT on DVD
4 - Doctor Who anything (especially if it pertains to the 10th Doctor >_<)

Sorry to those of you that have and my account watched; double post time!
I made an Artfire.com account for our account a couple months ago, but just now got around to posting items on it. For those of you that don't know what Artfire is, it's just like Etsy, but posting and selling is free.
Everything that's on here is on our page on Artfire. We'll continue to post things on both sites, but we would prefer you buy something through Artfire, because it's easier to keep track of things that way. We use Paypal only on Artfire, but are willing to discuss other payment options if Paypal won't work for you.
